Administrative Assistant Position

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and possibility transition to an Executive position.

Responsibilities may include: checking emails, replying to emails from clients, managing calendars, taking meeting notes, schedule meetings, compile drawings, coordinate with consultants, order supplies, invoicing, deliver plans & documents to municipalities and/or clients, post on social media, answering phone calls, filling in application forms, create & send proposals, following up with potential clients etc…

To be successful in this role, you must be: well-organized, have great time management skills, be able to act without guidance, willing to answer and make phone calls.
