  1. Returns & Refunds

All plan purchases are FINAL. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Please be sure that you have chosen the best plan to suit your needs and have received answers to your questions before making the purchase.

  1. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 30 days, and if we have not provided you with the architectural plans. If plans have been sent to you in PDF, DWG or any other format, cancellations will not be accepted.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included. You will need to pick up your hard copy prints at our office in Chilliwack. If you prefer plans to be shipped or couriered to your address you will billed for the shipping costs.

We may collect the following types of personal information: 

  1. Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address,
  2. Business Information: Company name, project details, preferences,
  3. Website Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on the site,
  4. Communication Data: emails, phone call records, submitted forms, and inquiries.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to project your data, including:

  • Secure server hosting and encrypted storage,
  • Access controls for internal users,
  • Routine data backups,

While we strive to use commercially acceptable mans to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may share your information with: 

  • Trusted General contractors, trades companies etc.. directly associated with your project if necessary,
  • Regulatory authorities when legally required to do so,
  • Business partners only when consent is explicitly provided.

All third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Guliker Design Group Inc.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Guliker Design Group Inc.. (we,” “us,” or “our”) and access to our website: www.guliker.ca. By accessing or using our services, you (“you,” “the client,” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

  1. Scope of Services

Guliker Design Group Inc.. provides professional building design services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Building design services,
  • Drafting services,
  • Design consultations,
  • Renderings and visualizations
  • Technical drawings and blueprints.

Specific scope, timeline, and deliverables will be outline4d in individual project agreement or proposals.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for: 

  • providing accurate and complete information required for project execution,
  • responding to communication in a timely manner
  • reviewing and approving deliverables as needed

Delays in client feedback or material submission may affect project timelines and delivery.

  1. Payment and Invoicing
  • Fees are outlined in the proposal and/or contract are payable according to the agreed schedule.
  • Late payments will incur interest charges of 3% per month,
  • All invoices are due upon receipt, unless otherwise stated
  • Guliker Design Group Inc. reserves the right to pause or terminate work for non-payment.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Projects can be canceled by either party with written notice.
  • Refunds are limited based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
  • If the client cancels the project for any reason, for any length of time, Guliker Design Group Inc. will invoice for the time spent on the project at the hourly rate indicated on the contract
  • There will be no refunds for work provided.
  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. We do not share your project details with third parties without your
consent, except where legally required.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Guliker Design Group Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to project delays, missed deadlines due to third-party delays, or inaccurate information provided by the
client.

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

  1. Third-Party Services

We may work with or recommend third-party providers (e.g., printers, engineers, permit
specialists). We are not responsible for the performance, conduct, or output of third-party
services.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service with a client for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Breach of contract,
  • Harassment or abuse of our team.
  • Failure to pay.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of
British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of that province.

  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

WARRANTIES

  1. Scope of Warranty

Guliker Design Group Inc. warrants that all architectural designs, drafting services, will conform to the local bylaws until the completion of work provided by Guliker Design Group Inc. Guliker Design Group Inc. is not responsible for changes and/or alterations to the local bylaws or the current building code after the designer services have been completed.

  1. Coverage 

This warranty covers:

  • Errors or omissions in the design documents that affect the structural integrity or functionality of the project.
  1. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover: 

  • Design changes made after the final permit drawings approved by the client.
  • Issues arising from the construction process, including but not limited to materials, workmanship, or contractor errors.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations to the design.
  1. Warranty Claims 

To initiate a warranty claim: 

  • Contact Guliker Design Group Inc. within the warranty period at the provided contact details.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue, including any supporting documentation or evidence.
  • Allow access to the project site, if necessary, for assessment and verification of the claim. 
  1. Limitation of Liability

Guliker Design Group Inc.’s liability under this warranty is limited to the correction of defects in the design services provided. The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the design services.

  1. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client who contracted the design services.

  1. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
